Dear Family and Friends,

I met David Price in the summer of 2004, a smart, energetic, incredibly funny guy, full of life, driven and determined.

He always challenged me at work and was guaranteed fun no matter what we’d end up doing after hours.

Last time I have seen him was at my birthday party, he was smiling as always and you wouldn’t know what went on inside.

Last Oct. Dave took his own life after losing a battle with depression.

I can’t help but think of my dear Aunt which we lost many years ago to the same disease, they remind me a lot of each other.

When we face such tragedies we remember how fragile life is and how priceless…

Dave’s brother created the “Life is Priceless“ foundation in his memory, this non-profit foundation is dedicated to help academic and medical communities by providing support in research, diagnose and treat depression and to help prevent future suicides.

On May 6 we will be riding in his memory the 40 mile “NYC 5 borrow bike tour”

Please support us and donate to the foundation, any amount would be amazing and greatly appreciated.

http://www.crowdrise.com/spforlipf

All my love,

Saar
